Steven J. Homayoon graduated from Hofstra University in 1991 with a BA in Biology and attended Touro Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1995. Mr. Homayoon has handled all aspects of family law from inception to trial, including divorce, custody, visitation, support, maintenance/alimony, neglect/abuse, paternity, child support, grandparents’ rights, domestic violence, and Child Protective Service proceedings.
Mr. Homayoon has been practicing law for more than 21 years and has established himself as a well-respected attorney in long island.
While Mr. Homayoon has devoted the majority of his legal career to the area of family law and divorce, he is well versed in criminal law, civil litigation, real estate and trusts and estate planning. Mr. Homayoon is also a scar hearing officer in Nassau county and is a member of the Suffolk county bar association. Mr. Homayoon currently resides with his wife and two children in lake Ronkonkoma, New York.
