Firm Administrator
Linda Resta is the Firm Administrator of Hedayati Law Group, P.C. and brings decades of legal operations, administrative leadership, and case management experience to the firm. With a career spanning nearly 30 years in the legal field, Ms. Resta has developed extensive knowledge in law firm management, client relations, staff supervision, and litigation support.
Ms. Resta began her legal career after earning her ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate and has since worked in a variety of legal environments, including personal injury, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and no-fault litigation. Throughout her career, she has managed attorney calendars, supervised staff, coordinated office operations, handled payroll administration, and supported cases from intake through resolution.
Prior to joining Hedayati Law Group, P.C., Ms. Resta held senior positions at several respected Long Island law firms, where she was recognized for her organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to keep offices running efficiently. Her broad background gives her a unique understanding of both the legal and business sides of firm management.
At Hedayati Law Group, P.C., Ms. Resta oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, assists with client communications, coordinates internal systems, and helps ensure that every matter moves smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication, experience, and hands-on leadership make her an invaluable part of the team.
